A valid passport (at least 6 months validity) and Korean Visa are required to enter the Republic of Korea.
For more accurate information, the secretariat of the conference recommends you contact your local Korean Embassy to ask about necessary documents for visa issuance. It is also highly recommended you apply for the visa at least one month before your departure for the Republic of Korea as the visa process may take time.
Nationals of those countries or regions with which Korea has signed a visa waiver agreement can enter without a visa for up to 30 or 90 days. For more information on visa issuance, please visit the website of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Korea.

K-ETA
K-ETA will be
temporarily exempted to 22 countries/regions from April 1, 2023
to December 31, 2024 (KST).

- Americas_(2) / Canada, US (including Guam)
- Asia______(5) / Hong Kong, Japan, Macao, Singapore, Taiwan
- Europe__(13) / Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Spain, Sweden, UK
- Oceania__(2) / Australia, New Zealand
For those who do not require a Korean visa to enter the Republic of Korea must apply for K-ETA.
It is highly recommended that you apply at least 72 hours before your departure to the Republic of Korea.
* Previously approved K-ETA will remain valid until its expiry date.
